Self-enrichment teachers provide instruction on a broad spectrum of subjects that is also fun for students such as music and foreign languages. These classes are typically for recreation to give students new skills and understanding of a particular subject. Most self-enrichment classes are relatively informal. Some classes, such as pottery or sewing, may be largely hands-on.
